miniature horses started in the year 2000. I was looking for a horse
but wanted one the children could help take care of. That is when I
stumbled upon this wonderful breed.
My whole family thoroughly enjoys our minis. When the children
were younger they would show a few of them in 4-H each year.
We started a Warren County, OH 4-H group that has several mini
owners in it. Minis are a great way for children to get involved
with horses.
Our farm is small enough that each horse gets daily attention. A
few of our horses are trained to drive. We participated in the
Lebanon Christmas Horse Drawn Carriage Parade 2003-2005.
